E-Tran Errors Due to Principal Race Information

We wanted to inform you about an error that several lenders have recently encountered during submissions to E-Tran. The error message reads: "For Principal, Tax ID 112345789, Race Information Required (359)."

Please be aware that this error is a result of a recent update on the SBA's end, and there have been no changes to our logic regarding the reporting of race information. Currently, the SPARK team is in direct communication with the SBA CAFS team, actively seeking their guidance to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
