Introducing SPARK Academy

We have long heard requests from our users that we give them the opportunity to learn more in depth about SPARK and its capabilities. We listened, and we are excited to announce the launch of SPARK Academy.

What is SPARK Academy? It is an opportunity for experienced SPARK Users to learn about specific SPARK features - how they can be configured, best practices to get the most out of them, and how to resolve/troubleshoot common issues. The first topic will be Document Placeholders - the most commonly used feature in SPARK. The format will be a live Webinar (similar to our release calls), but attendees will not be muted. Live questions and discussions will be encouraged. Attendees will also receive access to a recording of the Webinar.

Who should attend SPARK Academy? Any experienced SPARK User that would like to take the next step to being an expert on the given topic. Configuration of the given topic will be a part of the material, but it is not a requirement that attendees have prior Configuration knowledge. Instead, a demonstration of how the Feature(s) can be configured will be used to illustrate what is possible and to educate how to troubleshoot and solve issues.

When is SPARK Academy? The first session will be held in December of this year. Subsequent sessions will be held quarterly moving forward.
