We have identified an issue with the newly released 'Request Signatures' functionality available on Document Lists. Until we have resolved the issue, please use the Electronic Signatures function to send Signature Requests via DocuSign.
We are in the process of contacting users we know to be impacted. We will be updating SPARK after business hours this evening with a fix for this issue.
