SPARK Update on the SBA Final Rule on Affiliation & Lending Criteria

The SPARK team is currently reviewing the Procedural Notice released on May 9th by the SBA regarding the Implementation of the Final Rule on Affiliation and Lending Criteria for the SBA Business Loan Programs. We are scoping the necessary changes to accommodate the SBA updates in SPARK.  We will share more details and a release timeline once we finalize our review.
