      Last month, we introduced SPARK In-App Messaging to revolutionize how your lending team connects with Applicants. Here are some core benefits of our new Messaging tool.

      Direct 1:1 Messaging

      Seamlessly communicate with Applicants via SPARK. Messaging enables Applicants to securely upload sensitive documents within SPARK, eliminating the risk of sharing sensitive information via email.

      Once your organization has enabled Messaging, each user can opt in to message Applicants.

      Applicants can ask questions in real time without leaving SPARK. Applicant Context tells you where they are in the Applicant Portal when they ask the question.

      Group Conversations

      Keep all relevant package team members engaged in discussions with the applicant, ensuring a seamless handoff to the next loan origination stage.

      Conversation Log

      Every conversation is automatically recorded in Package Activity, providing a clear communication history for the team and management—without overwhelming the Applicant.
