Upcoming Server Maintenance & Security Update

Your SPARK environment will be undergoing routine maintenance beginning Saturday, September 24th at 10:00 PM CST through Sunday, September 25th at 10:00 AM CST. During this period, SPARK may be partially or completely unavailable while we complete our work to ensure your environment is secure and operating at peak performance.

This maintenance window includes the deprecation of TLS 1.0 and 1.1. After maintenance is complete, we will support TLS 1.2 and the following cipher suites:

  • TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

  • TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

  • TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA

  • TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA

  • TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256
