Your SPARK environment will be undergoing routine maintenance beginning Saturday, December 17th at 10:00 PM CST through Sunday, December 18th at 10:00 AM CST. During this period, SPARK may be partially or completely unavailable while we complete our work to ensure your environment is secure and operating at peak performance.
As part of this maintenance, email notifications sent from SPARK will now require recipient email servers to support TLS 1.2.
While this may impact the deliverability of messages to recipients who rely on older or lesser-known email providers, prior versions of TLS are a known security risk. This change is an important and necessary security improvement.
