Ability to Hide Complete Documents in Applicant Experience

This update will filter the document list for borrowers in the Applicant Portal so they can focus on outstanding documents that need their attention. It will function as a toggle where complete documents are hidden by default.

This enhancement will also be present in the Referral Partner Portal.
