Generate To Do Tasks based on Master Stage

Tasks associated with a Document Placeholder can be configured to autogenerate in a specific Master Stage. Some customers have expressed a preference for restricting the autogeneration of To Do Tasks to a particular Master Stage to keep the Task List for a package uncluttered.
